As a Social Media Specialist for three branches with flexible working hours, I have effectively managed and monitored social media activities for a year, despite occasional challenges due to schoolwork, personal matters, internet connectivity issues, and simultaneous increases in online orders and I am so happy that I find my first job experience with this kind of environment.
The good thingsI am a social media specialist in three branches and I should say that my working hours is so flexible knowing that I am a student. This was my first part time job and I'm with them for a year and still counting.
The challengesSince I have flexible working hours in the company, there were still times that I can't be able to handle and monitor properly the three branches due to schoolworks, other personal matters, as well as internet connectivity, and especially when these branches orders online are simultaaneously increasing at the same time.
