The challengesAfter successfully clearing three rounds of interviews and signing the contract, the HR team was unable to verify my right-to-work status in the UK. Despite it being explicitly stated in simple English that I am permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours part-time on gov.uk, they claimed I was not eligible. This caused significant confusion and wasted both my time and effort.
Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the company's hiring process. The lack of competence displayed by both the HR team and management led to a highly frustrating experience. Proceed with caution if considering this organization
