    The challengesAfter successfully clearing three rounds of interviews and signing the contract, the HR team was unable to verify my right-to-work status in the UK. Despite it being explicitly stated in simple English that I am permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours part-time on gov.uk, they claimed I was not eligible. This caused significant confusion and wasted both my time and effort. Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the company's hiring process. The lack of competence displayed by both the HR team and management led to a highly frustrating experience. Proceed with caution if considering this organization

    The good thingsMet a lot of great people, everyone was friendly and helpful and i really enjoyed being a part of the team. Management is ok as well, very approachable people and friendly.
    The challengesConstant changes in processes and work and life balance, specially for the officers and higher ups. You sometimes have to worry about work even when you're not at work at the moment.

    Having FUN whilst working.
    The good thingsThey take care of their staff with fruity baskets every Friday. With free lunch every first Monday. Gives lot of incentives for you to work hard. Very generous with their people.
    The challengesLack of career growth and salary disputes. But I believe that they have solved this issue already.

    The good thingsHigh salary, relaxed and lowkey office atmosphere.
    The challengesOffice is too far, parking space very limited. No handbook so you won't know what the offenses are and management would hand out memos to you without any grounds for them. Number of sick leaves per year are not properly and formally disclosed to employees. Not a lot of extra-curricular activities for employees, only the year-end party and the once-a-year summer outing.
