I have experienced working in a good environment in the company.

The good thingsThe employer has provided an insurance benefit not only for employee but also including 4 beneficiaries (spouse & 3 children), which was very helpful in health issues in the family.

The challengesThe company could have been a little considerate in allowing employees to enjoy family time and rest during weekends and holidays. Because employees are commanded to work until Sundays and holidays, even if working days in the contract is Monday to Fridays only.
