    Good environment and global exposure but limited growth, low pay and favoritism.
    The good thingsNice office facilities and the company offers programs that employees can enjoy. Hybrid set-up. You also get to work with people from around the world, with a good team dynamic, including stakeholders and POCs.
    The challengesLow salary increase and not so competitive benefits and compensation. There's office politics and management show favoritism toward certain employees despite team concern and this affects fairness and overall morale. You might get promoted but your skills don't always grow which can feel stagnant.

    Emerson is very good when it comes to compensation and how they treat the people. I am happy working here.

    The challengesMy only challenges are the hybrid set up since I lived in Pangasinan it is hard for me to travel going to manila.

    It was a good experience, except the toxic management.
    The good things1. Good working environment - People are inclusive and they promote work-life balance 2. Trainings offered - A lot of free trainings are available to hone your skills 3. Split Shift perk - Employees are allowed to work in the office during RTO days for at least 4 hours only then continue the work at home
    The challengesToxic management. Some managers focus only on results and don't care about their direct reports. They set 1:1 meetings just to tell you what to do, and don't even bother asking you your thoughts about it. They do not make an effort to connect with you genuinely and assist you with your career plans.

    Good for Fresh Grad/ Starters.
    The good thingsThe company culture I belong to was great. Supportive Learning and Training system and team mates are all friendly and are always approachable.
    The challengesThe team I currently work with has over the top workload and we need to prove the OT filings are matched with the transactions we have completed regardless of the complexity and the additional ad-hoc task we were assigned. Furthermore, it has a very slow career growth, to strict and stingy with promotion even though you have a high and passing metrics although out the tenure. They would push you beyond your means and charity work with projects outside your shift just to meet the goals. Lasty is the RTO which is way too hassle to commute if you're coming from a far province, they don't sympathize and understand the trouble and hardships of those travelling far back and forth.

    I'm a Senior Tech Support Engineer 1 with 6 years of working experience in Emerson.
    The good thingsThis is a good place to work, hybrid arrangement and great culture. Compensation is average including benefits. Good experience for starting your career to have good experience.
    The challengesToo many levels in an organizational structure make the organization inflexible and rigid. A lot of restrictions on promotion. You need to transfer to a different company if you want to improve your compensation. Health benefits (HMO) are taxable once above the 90k threshold (includes allowances and 13th-month pay and other subsidies).

    A Great Place to Work With
    The good thingsYou are valued as an employee and you'll get to experience it based on the provided leaves that the employee has, how the company values the health and wellness of the employee is very obvious. The HR Team are always ensuring that the engagement activities and events will be executed well. The way the leaders handles the development of their employees is really something that you'll be thankful for if you're someone who really looks for growth. The culture of the company really stands out and it is really evident that they are inclusive and diverse. And what I liked most is that they really embodies the Core Values of the company which also aligns to my values. They make sure to bring out the best on the employee and to deliver desired outcomes to their stakeholders.
    The challengesMaybe the work-life balance. If you're someone who's really workaholic or really focused when you work that you'll not notice the time, this is going to be a challenge for your work-life balance. Because your focused on the tasks assigned to you and if you don't know how to disconnect to work when needed, then I guess it will be pretty much be a stressful environment for you. Especially if the workload is demanding.

    The good thingsFor 10 years, it has marked a huge milestone and wonderful opportunity for me to be have been part of the company’s growth and development. Grateful for an awesome job, with amazing leaders and colleagues, and for some turned into friends throughout the years. I am more than thankful for all the knowledge and experience that I’ve gained.
