It was a good experience, except the toxic management. The good things1. Good working environment - People are inclusive and they promote work-life balance
2. Trainings offered - A lot of free trainings are available to hone your skills
3. Split Shift perk - Employees are allowed to work in the office during RTO days for at least 4 hours only then continue the work at home
The challengesToxic management. Some managers focus only on results and don't care about their direct reports. They set 1:1 meetings just to tell you what to do, and don't even bother asking you your thoughts about it. They do not make an effort to connect with you genuinely and assist you with your career plans.
