Good environment and global exposure but limited growth, low pay and favoritism.
The good thingsNice office facilities and the company offers programs that employees can enjoy. Hybrid set-up. You also get to work with people from around the world, with a good team dynamic, including stakeholders and POCs.
The challengesLow salary increase and not so competitive benefits and compensation. There's office politics and management show favoritism toward certain employees despite team concern and this affects fairness and overall morale. You might get promoted but your skills don't always grow which can feel stagnant.

    Good Company to work for
The good thingsThe benefits are really great. The office locations are also very accessible and the work environment is not that stressful.
The challengesThe main challenge will just be the work schedule, which depends on the position. Night shift jobs are the most challenging.

Leadership: Where it all starts in an organization
The good thingsEmployee rapport (on a group level) and exposure to international standards of work. Training opportunities are available in equipping employees with the necessary skills for a job.
The challengesInternal (local) management interpretations of company policies, which harbors confusions at times. Also, some of the business units are inclining towards management by fear, thus, employees were hesitant to approach the leadership to voice out grievances. Which, in return creates an environment favorable to resistance in every leadership move.
