Dead end career and no tenure security. Integrity is not present in this company
The good thingsTeammates and other employees
The challengesLack of transparency from the internal recruitment team regarding nature of accounts
Lack of protection of employees from unfair treatment of clients
Poor office facilities
Efforts to reprofile is slow and lacks transparency
High salary is what they use to pull you in then you become expendable in a few months wondering what went wrong.

It's all about trust
The good thingsI love my non-toxic work environment. Free from any gossip, everyone's just professional. No one's taking advantage of you, and there's no power-tripping involved. It took some time for me to adjust, to be honest.
The challengesNone at the moment, I haven't stayed that long yet.

The good thingsThere's no conflict in terms of referring my friends to join our team. To the point where I have poached most of them from our former company, but I got their buy-in just by sharing the Instagram posts of our offices! So vibrant

Hybrid work setup after the pandemic
The good thingsThey're not rushing us to return to the office permanently, so I appreciate how accommodating they have been compared to other companies
The challengesDepending on your role, you can go either fully remote or you really need to start reporting onsite

Stress-free environment for developers
The good thingsYou won't be rushed to meet your deadlines. They consider you a human being when you need to work on something personal such as emergencies.
The challengesSalary is not as high as big-time, multinational companies. But the fact that you are accommodated for your needs is helpful.

Well-organised company, with helpful HR
The good thingsWorking for EMAPTA for three years already. Love the working culture here. HR is well-structured, they are easy to approach. The pay is higher than average, and always on time.
The challengesThe leave structure - you start from 0 and you earn it throughout the year. would suggest to add more service incentives or give at least half of it at the start of the year.
