    The good thingsTo give you a brief background, I have worked for a few companies before working for Emapta and I can truly say that this company values employee and their career advancement. After working for almost 2 years I got promoted twice in the same year. If you are looking for a company that will value you, Emapta is the right company for you :)
    The challengesLeaves are not convertible to cash, I would say that it would be nice if they can be converted to cash however they encourage everyone to use and maximize their leave credits this shows work and life balance.
