Cannot recommend this company for long term employment due to very low salary, poor management and poor benefits
The good thingsThe nature of work here is quite easy and not stressful since it is a gaming account.
The challengesPromotion and salary is very poor here, salary increase to several good performing agents is very minimal. Some employees who have been more than five years got a pay of an entry level job. Bad work scheduling and work force management is very evident which leads to getting overworked. Some people are even doing a two consecutive shifts 9+9 hours just to compensate the absenteeism of other shift employees. Training is not effective in some accounts and skill transfer is not good enough for growth and improvement since the people who become the trainers are also newbie in the company and even tier 1 agents. Too much unnecessary politics is very evident which leads to high attrition even from those higher positions such as SPM, PM and QA.

Low pay and unrealistic offers and expectations.
The good thingsNone, as if you do well, you are expected to do more than what your contract indicates.
The challengesUnequal treatment and opportunity. Management does not value their employees.

    Low Compensation and Poor Growth
The good thingsYou get to work with the people that are in the gaming industry. Friendly workmates and manager.
The challengesVery low compensation, you need to pay your own HMO. Depending on the team, sometimes you will be assigned to multiple accounts and an increase in workload with high expectations. No yearly increase, you need to be promoted in order to have a salary increase.

Great Company with Good Working Environment
The good thingsHaving colleagues with positive output in life.
The challengesOverwhelming Workloads We all sometimes feel overwhelmed due to an increased workload, not having enough hours in the day, or simply feeling like there's too much going on in our everyday lives. But, making a to-do list, and prioritize what needs to be done now and what can be done another time is a win-win. This will shift our mindset of clutter to be more organized, helping us to be more productive and efficient.

Chill company. Less perks, less stress.
The good thingsPros: Less toxic environment compared to other BPO companies. The workload is often manageable. Promotion is available to those who perform well. Free coffee! Sometimes free ulam din! Managers are kind and understanding.
The challengesCons: The work-from-home setup is not offered anymore. The salary is below the industry standard. Low salary and permanent in-office setup means less income and more pagod sa byahe. HMO is not offered upfront. Other nitpick: During the day shift, most of the time there is no cold or hot water from the dispenser. Sometimes, there is no water at all. Bring your own facemask, tissues, and alcohol. The company does not supply you with these basic necessities.

Wonderful teamwork between employees, unfortunate communication issues between leads.
The good thingsMy team was capable and supportive, inclusive of most things, and could quickly learn to grasp new challenges.
The challengesMiscommunication and authoritative posturing between team leaders ruined the experience for me.

I didn't get paid enough regardless of what I'm capable of.

    Poor Salary. No development.
The good thingsSome helpful coworkers and managers, they are willing to fix and improve quality of service.
The challenges1.Poor salary - I don't think you can make a proper living with the salary they provide even if the job is upgraded to a senior level it is still low wage. 2.Workload - you work hard and get little return depends on what team you are assigned. You also have to be flexible on whatever task they might give. 3.Management - some are very mean spirited and talk very rudely that many new employees don't last a month or so.

A great working place to build a long-time career for the Gaming and BPO Industry.
The good things• Provided great learning curves in the gaming industry as well as how to professionally manage teams and clients. • High caliber mentors who have been in the industry for decades who openly shares their experience and best practices. The opportunity to work with these people provides great advantage in learning the gaming industry. • Provides opportunity to well performing individuals regardless of their educational background, race, gender and tenure ship. A company who truly is an equal opportunity provider.
The challenges• A person who aspires to work with ELITE should have a clear goal and dedication which will truly help in climbing up the ladder in the company. • The salary is not as competitive in other BPOs such as call center companies. But, the pay versus the work is well worth it.

A balance of work, play and career
The good thingsAn excellent working environment with friendly co-workers. You have the balance of work and play at the same time. Getting the best out of your skills will pay off a good career in this company. A gaming company with very professional employees. Working here refreshes the youth inside of me due to the game products they have, with employee benefits, they provide services to well-known game products.
The challengesYou needed to help yourself on the multitasking since there are times you needed to work independently.

    A fun roller coaster ride!
The good thingsEveryone is empowered to make decisions to shape the company. Self-improvement is valued highly and each person is treated as important assets of the company. Everyday is always exciting as the company is always growing both vertically and horizontally.
The challengesEveryone is challenged to become a better person and work hours can seldom be extreme but rewarding.

    Fun Experience
The good thingsEasy to get hired. Free coffee and water, free medicine, easy tasks, Customer Support training, 24/7 air conditioned office, CCTV, Christmas/Year-end Party, least number of leaves are given 12 months after being hired, 50% HMO covered only after 1 year of continuous employment, shifting schedules, opportunities of promotion only when having new clients.
The challengesVery small pantry, no summer outing, no team building activity, no guard/nurse on duty, no leadership training, no sleeping quarters, no life insurance, no overtime, allowance not guaranteed, poor salary increase, not recommended for people who would like to have future investments.
