Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

Covered not only engineering principles,theoretical and also how to apply it in the real word of works

The good thingsMy good experienced,learning a lot of things especially in the software that we used to, how to manage my time of works during my internship and how to communicate effectively between the workers and the supervisors.

The challengesit makes me a challenge when it comes to communicate between us as a contractor and clients. As an intern, sometimes,I can not understand what the clients said and demand when my supervisors where not there. Also I can not command immediately to workers what the clients says. It makes me pressure for this kind of situation but of course as an intern civil engineer, first I will consult it to my supervisor what the clients said and demand and if I have questions I will ask it to my supervisors.
