    The good thingsThe good relationship that I made with my coworkers and clients. Good stepping stone only. Branch assignment is usually near your location.
    The challengesSlow and offline system specially during the end of the month or peak days. Too much work load specially in big branch. Slow career growth. Indecisive changes or policy. Low pay/compensation.

    In my years of experience here in East West Bank, it's been a mixture of happiness and confusion. I felt like I've been stagnant, no growth, and management has no structure. As a person who has a hunger for learnings and improvement, this company made me idle and lose my fire and desire which as of now I'm trying to gain it back.
    The good thingsOne of the good things about East West Bank is the high salary being offered. Also, I enjoyed the company with my colleagues where we treat each other like family.

    By far the best company in the entirety of my career. My leader was understanding, good at making the right decision and always leading us to the highly justifiable path to complete our tasks and deadlines. Management knows how to run a business and understands the need of its employees. I would definitely want to come back.

    Good company, at least, but
    The good thingsI don’t really know. Maybe the uniforms that are free?
    The challengesThe OTs. No work-life balance. And they promised that after 20 business days from the date of separation, the final pay (which consists of my 1 month salary) will be credited already. It has been 1 month since that and nothing.

    The challengesEWB is a good company, however, HR practices on granting salary increases are not good. Almost all the time, people who have been in the company for so many years will not have their salaries realigned, causing multiple turnovers in the longrun.
