    Great company.....but
    The good thingsGreat employee culture, specially in Audit. A good company to start your career.
    The challengesEWB is a good company, however, HR practices on granting salary increases are not good. Almost all the time, people who have been in the company for so many years will not have their salaries realigned, causing multiple turnovers in the longrun.
