In my years of experience here in East West Bank, it's been a mixture of happiness and confusion. I felt like I've been stagnant, no growth, and management has no structure. As a person who has a hunger for learnings and improvement, this company made me idle and lose my fire and desire which as of now I'm trying to gain it back.The good thingsOne of the good things about East West Bank is the high salary being offered. Also, I enjoyed the company with my colleagues where we treat each other like family.
