No career and financial growth.The good thingsI have a good relationship with my immediate superiors (Team Leader), they have taught me well and I have learned from them as well. My colleagues are fun to work with. What I love about this job is it makes your brain of a way to do your job correctly.
The challengesBeing with the company for almost 7 years has not given me any financial growth. Also nearly no room for career growth since positions for higher grades are hard to come by unless someone's resigned or if you are close enough to the manager, they can open a position for you.
