I learned so much from my current job particularly in handling passengers and it develops my customer service skillsThe good thingsI enjoy dealing and accommodating with the passengers, every day is a new experience and i love working with my co workers. As a customer service agent it really helps me to grow as an individual, a person who is more mature, patience and understanding even in stressful situation. I learned a lot about the policies and standards of specific country, safety and security and airport protocols. It develops my Customer Service skills.
The challengesThere will always be challenges in the company and it’s inevitable. One of the challenges i experiencing is having a low salary, we received below minimum amount every cut off and it’s not sufficient in my daily expenses.
