    No career and financial growth.
The good thingsI have a good relationship with my immediate superiors (Team Leader), they have taught me well and I have learned from them as well. My colleagues are fun to work with. What I love about this job is it makes your brain of a way to do your job correctly.
The challengesBeing with the company for almost 7 years has not given me any financial growth. Also nearly no room for career growth since positions for higher grades are hard to come by unless someone's resigned or if you are close enough to the manager, they can open a position for you.

The good thingsHot Choco or coffee vending machine, Shuttle for pick up/drop off area specific time only.
The challengesDefinitely the salary. Bigger shuttle cause only few employees can fit the 3 vans. Sleeping quarters since you have GY shift. Perks, since there's none already. Game area or recreational area where employees can enjoy their breaks. HMO is not very competitive compare to other company. Big company in the middle east but you can say it's at the very bottom of the industry here in the Philippines. Too may things to improve and for the past 7 years I stayed with them, I can only see a very few improvement.

Good company to work for when out of the Philippines
The good thingsI enjoyed interaction with different nationalities, may it be co workers or passengers and how to deal or handle different cases with passengers. Company gives reasonable pay, allowance and care for the employees however big the company is.
The challengesCompany itself is excellent itself. Challenges arise on how to get along and make good with other nationalities and coping with a new environment (abroad)

No room for growth and toxic environment
The good thingsBenefits are average. There is a company provided shuttle. There is a work from home option - which is great.
The challengesLacking of initiative to help employee growth They would just rather hire external with more experiences (with a much higher salary offer) rather than develop their own internal people. A lot of nonsense policies

    So much politics
The good thingsYou will be optimistic at first, but after almost two years, I'm seeing slowly how people close to the management are chosen over those who are performing.
The challengesToo much stress. Not worth the compensation. An international company, but the pay is naaah never mind.

I learned so much from my current job particularly in handling passengers and it develops my customer service skills
The good thingsI enjoy dealing and accommodating with the passengers, every day is a new experience and i love working with my co workers. As a customer service agent it really helps me to grow as an individual, a person who is more mature, patience and understanding even in stressful situation. I learned a lot about the policies and standards of specific country, safety and security and airport protocols. It develops my Customer Service skills.
The challengesThere will always be challenges in the company and it’s inevitable. One of the challenges i experiencing is having a low salary, we received below minimum amount every cut off and it’s not sufficient in my daily expenses.

woth the stress because every learnings were usable by any means, for me its a good start to discover and empower working skills
The good thingsworking with the big airline companies, is such a rare opportunity. I enjoy my daily small conversation with our client's crew most specially to flight deck crew, im always star struck and everytime i see their satisfied smile with my work feels good to me, its just like im one of them which is pretty cool to me.
The challengesIt will challenge your versatility and flexibility. Everyday is a different day you'll experience new things that makes you confuse. It will also test your patience because clients were so meticulous in every details and infos, as much as possible mistakes is not allowed.

An organized company that will let you expand your knowledge inside and outside of the field
The good thingsI enjoyed working with the other employees and learning while doing my designated task. The company really value their employees and give opportunity to grow and enhance each individuals' skills.
The challengesThere is nothing I did not enjoyed while having my internship in Dnata Inc. Because I learned a lot and trained well in this company which gave me boost in my skills and knowledge by being a ground attendant

    Excellent working Environment!
The good thingsPromotes the sense of achievement, equity and camaraderie, essential for a motivated workplace. When managed properly, teamwork is a better way to work!
The challengesConflicts over strategies or opinions. T The leader’s job is to make sure everyone is heard. When the exercise is completed the leader should look for concerns or goals that people have in common. Once all are uncovered, the leader can build on any interests that are shared. In most cases this becomes the new focus and it turns the situation from conflict to problem solving.
