    Exceptional Quality of Care
    The good thingsGreat working environment, supportive and accommodating leads. They know how to take good care of their people Alongside having a Competitive salary with NO DELAYS I guarantee as promised. They practice a work-life balance, being on a minimal Office Arrangement. Most of us are on a Work From Home Setup. They also provide great HMO coverage FREE of Charge for the Principal and our 1st Dependent, while 2nd dependent increments subsidized amounts like 20%, it's Good Savings for me. Since I always go to the gym weekly, They also offered a subsidized GYM allowance for us, which is great! And if you don’t use much of your leaves, What I’d like the most is that our Unused Leaves of 5 are convertible too, I, living in the mountains which like Coffee.! they also offer Coffee or Tea whichever you’d like the most every month to be delivered on your doorsteps.
    The challengesWell, Not a challenge but more of areas for improvements, like to provide consistent training or upskilling activities for all the employees' career growth and its stakeholders.
