The good thingsDecent pay, competitive atmosphere, good people and colleagues, very generous incentives, Day 1 coverage of HMO, restrooms are always clean, and low-cost but delicious meals from the concessionaire.
The challengesNo clear setting of goals to achieve. Their QA is backwards-minded. There are certain situations during customer interaction that would just leave you helpless and powerless, and your recourse is to just escalate. Customer feedback is everything, even if you're an ace agent.

The good thingsI appreciate how this company consistently keeps its recruitment process up to date, ensuring that candidates are always informed about the latest stages and requirements. Their timely updates create a transparent and organized experience, making the entire process feel efficient and professional.
The challengesWhat is frustrating about this company is the delay in receiving updates after completing assessments, which leaves candidates uncertain about their progress. The lack of timely feedback can create unnecessary stress and disrupt the overall positive experience that could otherwise be expected.

There's a lot to learn here once you've joined, but don't expect your allowance to be given regularly.
The good things- Very happy to work with most of the teams. - Co-workers in my department are encouraging. - Work from home.
The challenges- The payroll officer is hard to communicate with in terms of allowance.

Great experience for aspiring Software QAs
The good thingsGaining a lot knowledge. A lot of things I learned that was never taught in College as an IT student. Good environment, friendly people who are ready to help you. Management is pro-people and considerate to its associates. Salary is also competitive to bigger companies.
The challengesOne of the challenges is when releasing applications. But your team is there to assist you in dealing with tasks. Benefits and perks are average, not mind-blowing.
