    Digee Glass & Aluminum Co. is company with a solid foundation built with more than a decade of experience.Established in January of 1997, our founders who are construction engineers involved in various high-rise construction projects, Digee Glass & Aluminum started as a sole proprietorship whose main objective was to provide expert and specialized services in the installation of glass and aluminum for both low and high-rise buildings.As projects steadily increased, management realized the need to strengthen the core team with individuals experienced not only in construction engineering but project management as well. So on February 6, 2009 they applied for partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission and officially changed the name to Digee Glass & Aluminum Co.Our staff, the prime force and asset of our company, have been involved with various completed and on-going projects that contain the names of multi-national companies and works designed by leading professionals in the construction industry.Our mission is to provide competent and ethical services to the glass and aluminum construction industry.We take pride in the quality of our work and the reliability of our service.     The good thingsThey give their employees a huge opportunity to grow and develop themselves. They allow their employees to face challenges in their own way, the other staff are there to offer their support in any way that they can. The employees also come from different parts of the Philippines, they are not just from Manila. This means that the company's culture is not diverse and challenging.
    The challengesMost of the employees come from one particular province. They mostly use their dialect in conversing which makes it hard for the other employees to join in the discussion.
