Many employees have reported experiencing mental health challenges stemming from poor management practices and ineffective leadership. The leaders promoted within the organization often lack the necessary competence and foster a culture that rewards unhealthy behaviors, as long as individuals align with management through favoritism and compliance. This environment not only undermines professional integrity but also discourages growth and well-being among team members.
The good thingsOne of the key advantages of working here is the opportunity to be part of a young, vibrant, and dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and energy. In addition to the engaging workplace culture, employees also enjoy generous benefits, including a ₱10,000 voucher for Decathlon products, allowing them to explore and enjoy a wide range of sports and lifestyle gear. Furthermore, the company offers comprehensive HMO coverage that extends to dependents, ensuring employees and their families have access to quality healthcare and support.
The challengesThe company’s internal environment is heavily influenced by office politics, often resulting in fabricated issues aimed at forcing employees out of their roles. Many former employees have taken legal action against the company, citing mismanagement and unjust practices. While the organization presents itself as a well-structured global enterprise externally, the internal reality is marked by disorganization and conflict. Even the human resources team has experienced high turnover, with members resigning due to burnout and frustration over the lack of clear structures and ethical decision-making processes. This misalignment between the company’s image and internal operations raises significant concerns about its leadership and employee well-being.

Great place for both career and personal growth.
The good thingsVery kind and demanding attitude that will motivate you to step up your game in all you do. Everyone is also an athlete therefore we all understand the value in and of what it takes to work as a team.
The challengesAutonomy is both a privilege and a challenge, especially when dealing with your time (if you are doing managerial work, you're given flexible hours and it can be a double edged sword).
