The challengesThe Challenges:
One of the main challenges I face as an Omni Sports Leader at Decathlon Cebu is managing multiple responsibilities during peak hours—especially when balancing customer service, stock management, and digital tasks all at once. It can be physically and mentally demanding, but it has taught me to improve my time management, stay calm under pressure, and become more efficient in prioritizing tasks.
What I Don’t Like:
While I truly enjoy the fast-paced environment, I sometimes find it challenging when there’s a lack of manpower or resources, which can affect service quality and operations. However, I use these moments as learning experiences to stay adaptable and solution-oriented, and to support my teammates as best as I can.
