    Learnt the basics of HR duties in a short time.
    The good thingsCustomer Frontline Solutions, Inc is a subsidiary of Meralco; an outsourcing reputable company. The culture is very familial which makes it really nice to to work with the people despite the stressful work load.
    The challengesSince it's an outsourcing company, the stress is very in demand. Also, the applicants can be a problem too. Because, sometimes they wouldn't show for an interview even if they are expected and it's kind of disappointing to the part of the interviewer.
