    The good thingsThe client treated us like we are part of the organic team even though we are hired under agency
    The challengesLack of manpower. I managed to be the only teller on the branch were I was assigned No work life balance. Even on your rest day, they will call you to report on work if they can find a reliever Power tripping superiors.

    im a teller in my present job, im from an agency company which is Customer Frontline Solutions Inc. my job here is receiving bills payment such as Internet Connection.
    The good thingsThe good thing about my present job is, it is not really pressure and i have a good co workers also, but.. my main problem is my salary, very low which is not qualify for i am a college graduate.
    The challengesmy most challenging experience in this company is i have to stay positive even my salary wont meet my standard, i need to work for now because i have a family to feed so i have to stay in this company for a while while waiting for the best opportunity coming into my way.
