    Regression over the years.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues locally and internationally and good lower to middle management managers(people-focused). Good benefits and average to above average salary if you are in Taguig. The decisions made by leadership made sense to me in the early years.
    The challengesThe constant (reorganization of IT administration and operational processes every year) changes made no sense; it also felt like they planned obsolescence for employees in the long run. The regression from working solutions to wrong proposals and decisions that even executive leadership managers quit knowing where their careers might end up to save themselves.

    The challengesSTAY AWAY! Poor management and toxic environment. Don’t let numbers attract you in here as the culture is very bad. Explore other opportunities. Process are slow like a start up company. HR and leaders have unstable mindset or constantly changing their decisions.

    The good thingsCrawford is the best company that I worked with in my entire career as a nurse. This is the company where our voices as employees are heard.
    The challengesDuring the pandemic season. Its quite a hustle working at home but I was able to cope with it in the long run

    The good thingsChallenges - if you are looking for a good training ground then Crawford is for you. If you are competitive enough, you’ll climb the corporate ladder pretty fast
    The challengesPromotion is so often not because of business expansion but because of attrition. The management is so toxic with unrealistic deadlines and heavy workload. You’ll feel like a robot. They also promote people without proper training.

    The good thingsThey offer NCLEX scholarship and I am one of the chosen pioneer. The Managers are nice, they are pro-employee (Broadspire)
    The challengesHad a hard time juggling work sched and NCLEX review, but I passedin 1 take with God's grace Performance Bonuses are now hard to earn (They changed the metrics)

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here mostly because of how your performance is measured. You really need to make sure you have tangible output. This is good for people who are more results oriented that process oriented. Employer provides good pay, even better than most of its competitors. As for the benefits, it's an average. You really would get a lot of exposure in a multinational company, especially with Crawford. Trainings are provided, not just to front line leaders and managers, but also to its rank and file employees.
    The challengesChallenges would be budget. With the nature of my work, you need budget to get your projects going, and you need to have a solid output for your budget to be approved. Since the company is also results oriented, little time and effort are given in improving some of its processes. Workforce planning is currently ongoing, but I wish the results are seen sooner than expected.

    The good thingsRelaxed environment and workload, teammates are easily reachable for inquiries, receptionist is really nice, quiet workplace, previously had free cofee and hot choco but now it's gone, previously had the best people-first IT Operations Manager but now he's gone too
    The challengesRecently turned into a BPO setup, has management issues, pay is just ok, no opportunities for technical certifications, IT Leads are not really competent and has a huge lack in leadership skills, monopoly and politics are widely practiced.

    The good thingsThe company has good compensation benefits for employees however, just like other companies, it has some flaw. But overall the company will still help every employee they will hire to improve and enhance professionally. Their strict but friendly environment will let every employee stay longer as long as they will listen carefully to every employees concerns.
