    They want me to become a robot
    The good thingsthey offered a better salary rate compared to other companies near me
    The challengesThe management is extremely poor, they want us to work like a robot and follow their recommendations STEP BY STEP, a lot of people area already complaining that their way does not work and in fact it makes our customers even more angry yet we're still pressured to follow them because they are the ones that gives us our salaries.
