    Target to be in ITSA
The good thingsThe Administrative lead allows you the ability to expand your knowledge and widens your value. Very good at taking care of the teams needs. The Functional lead brings you to opportunities to expand responsibilities and widely felt even being abroad.
The challengesAlthough the company is rewarding. The challenge of having the functional manager not being local, you need to be felt through your performance and is the only criteria they base you in.

    Good, financially stable company
The good thingsFinancially stable in its 150years. Great people to work with.
The challengesChange of Management almost every other year makes it challenging for employees to build standards and form stability in terms of operations. Direction coming from everywhere and anywhere. Resilience and being able to adapt with quick changes will thrive in this company.

The good thingsFriendly Workmate, Have Friday free lunch, the trainer is friendly and well professional
The challengesYou need to listen carefully as they have lots of new software tools and their ticketing system is BMC Helix Remedy. They don't have proper documentation of their process, what they have only is a house rule.

The good thingsColleagues from other parts of the world are great to work with.
The challengesEnvironment is not intellectually stimulating. Management lacks vision and direction for the organization. Employees are not valued- a lot of performers have left because management can afford losing them but cannot afford losing incompetent managers and associates. Benefit is below par in the industry. Training is scarce.
