    Moderately challenging but highly engaging.
    The good thingsThe work environment was great, communication across the hierarchical structure was always received well.
    The challengesThe ever-changing set of guidelines, which is a lot, can be difficult to manage at times because there is a risk of misunderstanding from the constant revisions.

    Good but not really enough since the salary is not that convincing to stay longer.
    The good thingsWell, what I really enjoy working in Conectys is the colleagues. I really enjoy their company even we're based at home.
    The challengesDuring my experience in Conectys, what I really don't enjoy is the way we're handled by the said account. They kept on putting us on the different lines of business without prior notice or a heads up.
