The work culture and environment was the best part of the job, other than the job itself being easy yet stimulating. There were a few down sides, but I enjoyed my time at the company and would recommend to those looking for a starting job.The good thingsCo-workers were friendly, and team managers are always there to listen and entertain work related concerns. It was a non-toxic work environment, and the building had good facilities.
The challengesThe shifting schedule was a challenge, especially with regards to work-life-balance. The small number of PTO's per month also made it hard to have a break/vacation from the work stress.
