    Good for newbies, but no job security
    The good things(At the time) Easy to apply for promotion; Good incentive schemes; On-time pay; Great people to work with
    The challengesPromotion may only be temporary (and you can easily be demoted back to the previous role); Temp promotion will give you the same pay as the previous role; Strict client; Low salary package; No free HMO for dependents; (I heard the Sta. Rosa site was closed recently)
