    Trainer
    Mar 2023
Quezon City Metro Manila1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    The overall experience was fantastic.
The good thingsGood paying job. During the pandemic, we were all taken care of. Job opportunities were fairly given to everyone
The challengesWe all face challenges and it really depends on how you deal with things. For me, everything was a challenge since this was the first time I got promoted as early as 6 months despite the ongoing pandemic. I'm really happy that the company had given me the opportunity to get promoted as a trainer. It really depends if you're up for the challenge or not.

Good for newbies, but no job security
The good things(At the time) Easy to apply for promotion; Good incentive schemes; On-time pay; Great people to work with
The challengesPromotion may only be temporary (and you can easily be demoted back to the previous role); Temp promotion will give you the same pay as the previous role; Strict client; Low salary package; No free HMO for dependents; (I heard the Sta. Rosa site was closed recently)

A company that values welfare of employees.
The good thingsPositive environment, different types of training are being conducted to develop employees to help attain the common goal of the company, competitive salary, and benefits, and lastly, the people who govern the business prioritize the well-being of the employees which gives us a feeling of belongingness and security.
The challengesThere are challenges but I have nothing to complain since the company is adaptive to the needs of employees to overcome difficulties.

A great platform to showcase your talents and skills. Great compensation packages!
The good thingsAt conduit global, we have an open-door policy where you can speak with anyone from the management team even the Call Center Manager and I believe that it is extremely difficult to replicate elsewhere! In addition, I was able to manage my studies while working and I am enjoying my social life. It feels great to work here, especially working with great people.
The challengesThe adjustment period was really hard for me, especially during training but I am very glad that we have supportive trainers who helped us and developed us to become the best representatives. I was promoted and it was one of the struggles that I experienced because I had to adjust again, but the goal that we set is what unites us and what I love about it is we are all calibrated.

    Recruitment Intern

It was really worth it being a Recruitment Intern here at KGB.
The good thingsI learned a lot from being a Recruitment Intern here at KGB. Thank you KGB for accepting and trusting me to be one of your Interns. :) What I loved about KGB: 1. I love how they treat people equally regardless of a person's status, job, age, etc. 2. They give fair treatment like giving rewards to those people who really work hard. 3. The working environment felt like home. It didn't felt like you were going to an office. 4. Air conditioned all over the place. Loved that! 5. The people there? They're happy people. No bullies. 6. Free water! 7. Free coffee! 8. Convenient! It's location is located beside the National Highway. So you can easily spot KGB. 9. Amiable guards. <3 10. Internships with Allowance!!! :))) <3 11. Gained a lot of life lessons by being exposed to the HR Department. Fresh insights! :)
The challengesNothing :) It was all worth it. From loads of paper works to filing and all. It was worth it! Thank you KGB.

The challengesI think the challenges is more on working to a different country and not working to your company. since i've never had an experience working overseas but i can easily adopt to the changes that i might be facing or dealing with.

The good thingsWhat I like most in working at Conduit Global is not the competitive salary and excellent benefits package that it offers (although it's definitely a plus); it's the culture and the management. The work environment is friendly and pleasant. The company values diversity, without discrimination. They offer a lot of career growth and opportunities to both agent and non-agent alike. The management acknowledges tenure, rewards performance, and appreciates work attitude.
The challengesThe job itself is challenging. Although I like to think of it positively because it provides a lot of room for me to grow and experience to widen my skills. They will really maximize your potential.

    Great company great benefits
The good thingsAs a starter in the BPO industry I find Conduit a great training ground for me. From the start, training is fun unlike any other BPO that I heard off. They are not spoon feeding the agents that's why we learn so much. The supervisors, OMs, Supports are very well accommodating. They pay is great, as a starter I earn a lot in this company. I've been coached a lot and my supervisor really pushes us to be a well trained agent.
The challengesThe survey is the most challenging part but it will really help you learn and be a much greater agent/
