We are handling recruiting which may include basic reference checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing, and screening of all employees for its clients. Currently, we are focusing in providing manpower to BPO/KPO/Call Center industry. The company has seen many opportunities in providing people by recognizing their abilities and talents based on their set of skills.Compass Manpower Services is owned by Camilo Macalinao. He’s been in a BPO industry for 10 years. He started as customer service representative way back in January, 2006, until he was promoted as a senior team lead. Later on, he decided to leave the industry and started his own recruitment firm.Currently, Compass Manpower Services caters to BPO’s that provide services to their international clients as a customer service representative for telecommunication companies, utilities, mortgages and as a financial analyst and collections analyst that services banks and other financial institutions particularly US and Australia.Compass Manpower Services was able to establish partnership to different universities in the country that helps us in finding potential candidates to our clients by inviting us every job fair event in their school.We also have a partnership in Muntinlupa PESO (Public Employment Service Office) and ABS-CBN Job Caravan.
