    The good thingsThe work is ok but the HR and the other workmates are having a self work. The staffs are having a lacking of teamwork.
    The challengesThe challenge for the position is the travel due to the pandemic and the salary due of delay. my work schedule is almost 12 hours but the salary is only 8 hours.

    The good thingsis the first open of Ayala our group of employee of Ayala and me were open in clenising before the the real open of mall the mall is beutifull and glassing I reach to rist the malls cleaner more dust that we clean the store open in exact date were more visitors of Ayala more costomer come and celebrate the open store . Iam person mapping in the hallway and every I stoping mopping costomer When iam student I chose to work in side to working student spend learning advance in marketing and more Idea in business and enjoying in student I love learning and may major is was writing more steno and studying in another subject and enjoy schooling but whene I work in sm I stop because I chose work before I continue school I'm a 3rd undergraduate from now

    Not good agency, very low knowledge of the staffers
    The good thingsThey didn't give to us the correct of our salary. Lacking of 3 days or more than and the overtime also lacking so don't take the offer in the agency if this is always their problem.
    The challengesThe workplace in my company is great but the agency has a problem due to our payday.
