    Low pay, long hours.
    The good thingsNear where I live. I can commute via PUV or use my personal car. Colleagues and other employees are great to work with. They also get low salaries and have long work hours and management still demands more from them.
    The challengesLow pay, long work hours. No work-life balance, you still report weekends. During weekends, the cafeteria is closed, no nearby restaurant or place to buy food. You have to go to the nearest fast food to buy your food.
