    They will treat you like family but needs to improve in their facility.
    The good thingsThe salary is competitive and the Team leads are better than my account in CNX and Alorica.
    The challengesThere should be an upgrade to their Commonwealth site because their facility has no upgrades. The color of their walls is the same as before. I suggest that they do something about it. They should have a bigger breakout room, and the room should have a more modern style interior design so that you would not feel the stress from working the whole shift. There should be a gaming room. They should put some carpet in their hall like in Alorica or CNX. The higher-ups here are the #1 reason I always come back here.

    The good thingsAll co-workers were great and good, they're very cheerful and most of the time the leader get our attention to focus on work and give a motivational speech.

    The challenges*they just do what they want. specially on the campaign where I am right now. they will reassign you to different LOB without giving you time for training and updates . *broken promises *campaign allowance was set as an incentive and need to accumulate 171 production hours to get the 5,000 but the time keeping tool they are using always has issue. as well as the timekeeping team . *for dispute, they handle it like they are also a victim of dispute but they are not fixing it. *unplanned process and work around ; client should also improve this all in all , if you want stress go ahead; apply here, work just for the sake of salary but I will not promise you that you will have a good experience working here.
