    It's okay, but I don't like the current account. The job is offering Hybrid and WFH setup.
    The good thingsThe guard and the people who worked directly with cognizant is all kind and they were offering hybrid setup. Even my current account have hybrid for Sat and Sun.
    The challengesThe salary, I was a Senior High Graduate, and I have 1 experience under local non voice and I even take written versant as assessment. But During NHO i got only notified that my account is a voice, I have already received the salary which is 2200, I was thankful but why do I even take written versant??? But I was still thankful.

    The good thingsThe goods things that I've experience working in Cognizant is the salary, the management and the surroundings. It's healthy.
    The challengesWhat needs to improve is for them to hire full time employees and avoid employees being laid off.

    Working in Cognizant is one of a lifetime experience, package into one(unforgettable and enjoyable).
    The good thingsGood salary compensation, excellent benefits and good working environment.
    The challengesThere are so many online trainings to be accomplish. Although it is educational but you need to spend an ample time to be able to accomplish it on time.

    The good thingsthe assessment and things ive learned during taking it
    The challengesas soon as i was transferred to initial interview was assigned to Marco, first he is not paying attention keeps saying incorrect work exp i had i need to correct him. the post shows the qualification which i have but he still wants to assign me in a diff account as healthcare is almost full so he wants me to be assigned to a diff account which i specifically said im not into it. no consideration of my time

    While the company offered an exceptional environment, my experience was affected by internal toxicity and unethical actions that led to the loss of our account and my role—but I remain grateful for the competitive salary, generous benefits, supportive structure, and opportunities for growth.
    The good thingsCompetitive salary with consistent annual increases, generous benefits and HMO coverage, simple and manageable workload, supportive tools and environment, and strong company structure. It was an ideal place for growth, stability, and overall employee satisfaction.
    The challengesToxic team culture, unprofessional behavior, and shady dealings with a competitor led to the account's downfall. Many good employees were let go without transparency or effort to retain them. It’s disappointing to lose a great job due to others’ unethical actions.

    The good thingsHighly competitive salary and coaching-friendly working environment.
    The challengesI worked hybrid and I may have encountered some issues when working onsite like, do not have parking accomodations, minimal cleanliness concerns and some restrictions.

    Very stressful.
    The good thingsEntry salary for a call center role is higher than your average bpo companies. The work environment is commendable.
    The challengesRecruitment/hiring process needs A LOT of improvement. I applied twice and both times the application process feels like forever. The waiting time is 3-4 hrs but the tests, interviews and assessments only takes 20min or less. After the final interview, there are still test you need to take.

    RECRUITMENT PROCESS - MISLEADING INFORMATION
    The good thingsAssessment and interview phasing
    The challengesI have applied last June 15,2023 at the recruitment hub. It took me 9 hours for the what so called "one day process" As it turns out, I was told that the final interview (operations) will be made via online yet no email, sms or any other means of communication. I went at the recruitment HUB in Taguig and was told that the information was not documented.

    The good thingsApart from the great benefits and the above-average pay range, this is a company that also values their employees' health and wellness.
    The challengesGrowth may be a bit slow, and the pay increase is not as high as the previous years, but only because management has decided to "spread the wealth" and give more bonuses & promotions to more employees.

    Poor Hiring process , Recruitment team seemed not to value the time of their applicants
    The good thingsThey send you immediate email/sms for your job application.
    The challengesRecruitment team seemed to forget that applicants have life as well. Imagine how many hours we have to wait on Ms Teams just to get a slot of the interview. You will wait for about 30mins to an hour for an admin to accept you on the room then another 3hrs to 5hrs wait time for the HR interview. And also false advertisment on social media , they post wfh setup then on the interview they will tell you it's onsite.. imagine how many other job interviews/offer that some applicants have turned down because we are hoping that we will land this job .. stop wasting other peoples time. Improve your hiring process.

    The good thingsNothing didnt even start yet. Will give you a link for job interview, i was referred by one of my colleagues before.
    The challengesAfter giving you link where to conduct interview online thru teams, no one seems to be online to accomodate you. Imagine you've had to turn down some other offers from other companies just because they've sent you a link to conduct interview but then, no one's around there wait for 3 hrs reconnect but nothing. Not sure if their management is aware of this, Id find my job someplace else i dont think you need me as much as i need you considering the number of offer that i had to turned down because lf this, absolutely terrible

    The good thingsGood benefits. Free food on some projects, versatile people to work with, good projects that would benefit the community inside and outside the company. The food, the work, the client to some extent, the benefits, the career growth, the leniency and strictness employed to have the right balance, the care they provide to employees.
    The challengesThe work force attitude, the accessibility for parking and for commute, the never ending traffic on week days until the first weekend. So major adjustments is a must.
