    I have been with Cognizant for almost 4 years. This is my first job after I graduated from college
    The good thingsThe benefits are great. They provide a profit sharing (bonus) on how you performed well. It has a good working environment.
    The challengesThe challenges is with the account itself. The company is great but it's how the management takes care of their employees. The management should ask or seek opinions or consider the opinions of their employees before deciding to take another workload.
