    Extremely corporate experience with decent benefits if you can stomach that. Unrelated managers on top can decide on a whim if you're eligible or not for promotion or raises, despite how well you perform.
    The good thingsDecent HMO coverage
    The challengesCareer progression is almost non-existent. They require you to work at least 2 years to even start considering a promotion, until then no matter how you perform, it doesn't really matter. Starting to make really corporate mandates that doesn't respect employee time (Forced 3x week RTO)

    Nice people to work with and salary is competitive
    The good thingsI can only say good things about this company.
    The challengesMay during the hiring process. The application is a little slow. Took a week for everything to be processed. And I have to pass the requirements multiple times as if the HR does not have a centralized system. But other than that, everything is great. Aside from that, HR is also great its just the process is a bit slow. Overall, this is the best company I have worked so far.
