    Having a doubt or second thought to Continue working here in Cebu sight. Heart broken
    The good thingsSo far so good It just I was so disappointed when they offer me lower than 30k basic pay for having a 15yrs bpo experience and a college graduate. I try to request if they can stretch it out a little bit to 30k basic but I was told that the client budget is only the 27k basic. I mean knowing cognizant with positive feedback they can only offer less than u can imagine.
    The challengesThe recruitment, the HR , the application process was lame and slow like slower than u think that makes u decide to apply for a different company they don't even update u , or let u know what's going on about your application they will ghost u hahahahaha. And I hope they will improved that also the basic offer pls demanding for a college graduate and with high experience bro.be reasonable about the compensation your offering to us like hello ang mahal na nang mga bilihin ngayon jusko

    Toxicity traits which become common- bullyinh, gossipThe Company itself is good. Salary growth is very good. Annual increase is guaranteed. As long as you don't have a TOXIC TL who will hinder---- NOT ALL though.. Leaders can't take criticism's. But we are in a mandate to take anything they throw at- even they don't have enough knowledge of the role or the account itself. You can't be honest on your survey, or else they will come after you.. They come after my salary increase, bonuses, even my Leave credits If they are friends with the HR you can't have any privacy of what you will be going to share. You will be gang-up as well by their so called friends. Account was okay at first. Stress is manageable & tolerable. You can definitely destress in between after your toxic clients. But later on - they combined the States to get more volume of calls. Which made things heavy on our part which we almost can't breath anymore. & slowly everyone resigned....

    Great experience if you are a newbie. But stressfull job with very high standard expectations on you. Supervisors and managers very strict need to have a passing score in handling calls. Not healthy anymore.
