    Although, it doesn't matter now. Their website has no venue for applicant feedback.
    The good thingsThe first contact in TA was really very nice, accommodating, and showed Empathy in helping people to find work. The team seemed interested to know more regarding work history, always listened, provided expectations, made follow-ups, and invested time which were appreciated.
    The challengesBut the Operations interview was a little aggressive and almost argumentative. It was a little insulting being questioned about how irrelevant the work experience and previous life choices from people who weren't around nor got anything to do with it. Just take the information as it is and decide, not confronting trying to identify if it's true or not. I almost wanted to end it and drop off if not for the first person who I had a very pleasant experience with.

    The good thingsAt first, I was excited to join the team, eager to contribute and grow. However, over time, I encountered challenges that made me question my decision.
    The challengesThe company does not adhere to Philippine holiday pay regulations. The compensation is low, considering the demanding nature of the job. Job security is uncertain, and there is no guarantee of long-term employment. It’s important to note that the workplace culture tends to favor Cebuano or Bisaya employees, which may make it difficult for those from other regions to feel included. Additionally, interacting with client can be quite challenging.

    The good thingsI have an opportunity to work from home. Schedules are very flexible. They also provide for the technical needs of its employee. Very approachable heads and open to any suggestions from its employees.

    The good thingstop pay, there is no micromanagement. they leave you and trust you to get things done without anyone bugging you. supervisors are also always just a call away if you need anything. corporate staff and upper management are friendly approachable

    Positive feedback for Zylun
    The good thingsI have never been in a very nice environment, very fun and nice people to work with, until I started working here in Zylun. The management and workmates treat you just like a family. Been in this company for almost 3 years now, and I can still find satisfaction and happiness working here.
    The challengesOnly when it's holiday here in the Philippines that we have to still work since we are following US holidays. However, you can still file a leave for that as long as there is a permission from the client.
