Although, it doesn't matter now. Their website has no venue for applicant feedback.The good thingsThe first contact in TA was really very nice, accommodating, and showed Empathy in helping people to find work. The team seemed interested to know more regarding work history, always listened, provided expectations, made follow-ups, and invested time which were appreciated.
The challengesBut the Operations interview was a little aggressive and almost argumentative. It was a little insulting being questioned about how irrelevant the work experience and previous life choices from people who weren't around nor got anything to do with it. Just take the information as it is and decide, not confronting trying to identify if it's true or not. I almost wanted to end it and drop off if not for the first person who I had a very pleasant experience with.
