    Great BPO and Management. Work life balance really exist here.
    The good thingsQuarterly perks box, weekly engagement, mid year party, year end party and not being monitored from time to time.
    The challengesI think they can improve in terms of salary assistance to those employees who was suddenly disengaged by their clients. Some BPO's offer a 2 month salary assistance to those employees who was suddenly disengaged by their clients to help with their finances because they know that it's not easy to look for a new job. Although in Cloud Staff they will look a new job for you while you are on TLO or RTG status ( ready to go or temporary lay off status) but still it's not a guarantee (everything depends on the clients). I believe Cloud Staff has the means to provide this to their employees who was disengaged by their clients.
