The challengesI think they can improve in terms of salary assistance to those employees who was suddenly disengaged by their clients. Some BPO's offer a 2 month salary assistance to those employees who was suddenly disengaged by their clients to help with their finances because they know that it's not easy to look for a new job. Although in Cloud Staff they will look a new job for you while you are on TLO or RTG status ( ready to go or temporary lay off status) but still it's not a guarantee (everything depends on the clients). I believe Cloud Staff has the means to provide this to their employees who was disengaged by their clients.
