    They care more about their clients and treat every engaged staff very dispensable.
    The good thingsHigh basic/starting salary.
    The challengesToxic clients, unsupportive management, no performance reviews, no salary increase, no promotions. Unfair company policies favoring their client's welfare than their staff.

    Great BPO and Management. Work life balance really exist here.
    The good thingsQuarterly perks box, weekly engagement, mid year party, year end party and not being monitored from time to time.
    The challengesI think they can improve in terms of salary assistance to those employees who was suddenly disengaged by their clients. Some BPO's offer a 2 month salary assistance to those employees who was suddenly disengaged by their clients to help with their finances because they know that it's not easy to look for a new job. Although in Cloud Staff they will look a new job for you while you are on TLO or RTG status ( ready to go or temporary lay off status) but still it's not a guarantee (everything depends on the clients). I believe Cloud Staff has the means to provide this to their employees who was disengaged by their clients.

    Full of disappointments and I cannot recommend this company. They don't care with their employees only care for their clients.

    Good for career starter but no career development plan for tenured accountants
    The good things1) WFH, 2) quarterly groceries box (perks box), 3) year end celebration at PhilArena, 4) salary is above market average 5) if you are luck you will be placed in good and generous client
    The challenges1) Total Leaves are 12 days only which is below market average 2) Reserved Leaves - this is the first 5 days earned leaves that you cannot use but it will be paid to when you resigned, 3) No career development plan, 4) risk of being terminated by client without cause 5) tedious timekeeping

    The challengesMany challenges Attendance that is monitored by time to time I have time on break time that is unusual for a developer position Holiday is confusing specially you don't know how to use their website When you are in bench they doesn't pay you and they didn't tell it on start They tell you at first the project contract but on the contract if the client doesn't like you will be disengage immediately Company doesn't help or support their hired employee in case of needs

    The challengesSometimes, a shortage of clients/projects, but probably due to the lockdowns and the global economic impact of such stifling measures.

    Low Salary, not suitable if you have a family
    The good thingsYou will get a lot of office essentials such us, free coffee, uniform, free beers and free lunch once a week.
    The challengesMost of the accounts here are small companies in Australia, so you will have a morning schedule which means you don't have a night differential. Their starting salary is 16K, which is not enough for an experienced customer service. They will not consider your work of experience in BPO.
