There's high internal promotion rate within the company. Management listens to the voice of the people. Team members and employees are informed of the updates and changes within the company. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged among departments -- an agile and lean company.     The good thingsThe company is currently in a good position as the low code development is starting to grow. They provide a lot of training and certification for the employees. They also listen to employees' concerns and really works to satisfy them. They also provide other benefits on top of the mandatory ones.
    The challengesA lot of employees are really aspiring so a friendly competition is inevitable. But that will also motivate you to grow and aim for a higher goal. The company is still growing so a lot of changes are still happening for the better.
