    The good thingsThis is a people-oriented organization that put high value on employees - management invests on training and professional development of employees. There's high internal promotion rate within the company. Management listens to the voice of the people. Team members and employees are informed of the updates and changes within the company. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged among departments -- an agile and lean company. Other pros: Highly Competitive Salary as well as Benefits -- great performance is rewarded through bonus, allowances and perks are also present, employees have life insurance and HMO with dependents starting Day 1 With Bonuses, Allowances and Perks People fee empowered because they're given the tools as well as the autonomy to their job well. Over 80% of our Dev/Technical teams are professionally certified work from home and Hybrid work set-up There are strong employee engagement initiatives, health programs and employee recognition programs Company continues to get clients and business and continue to grow.

    The good thingsThe company is currently in a good position as the low code development is starting to grow. They provide a lot of training and certification for the employees. They also listen to employees' concerns and really works to satisfy them. They also provide other benefits on top of the mandatory ones.
    The challengesA lot of employees are really aspiring so a friendly competition is inevitable. But that will also motivate you to grow and aim for a higher goal. The company is still growing so a lot of changes are still happening for the better.

    The good thingsThe only good thing here is the free lunch every Thursday and free fruits on Monday also the HMO has 1 dependent which is shouldered by the company. It also gives you training at start and continuously train you further but it has a downside wherein if the lead does not take care of the project properly the developer and QA suffers the most for the timeline of the project.
    The challengesThere are lot of challenges in this company which will help you grow in your career but most of the time those challenges does not help you grow because you won't have a work life balance, instead of learning more as you develop a project the downside is you just have to finished the task as fast as possible because the lead does not properly handle the timeline and the change of requirements of the clients. It is true that we practice agile methodology but the downside is if there is a change in the requirement of the client it should be push back specially if it is complex yet the lead just accommodate those changes without any change request just to have a good relationship with the client but they don't care about the relationship with the developers and QAs they are working with. The term "Customer is always right" has limitations that you cannot just accept everything for free because it will make a cost to the company and it should not be a burden to all employees just because they want to have a good relationship with the client.

    The good thingsThe environment is okay. For a start-up company, I would say that most of the benefits are good. Like free fruits, free lunch, HMO from day 1, and of course, free coffee(!!!)
    The challengesFor the HMO, I wish they can add one more dependent.

    The good thingsOne of our key values is Teamwork--and this is evident from team members up to their leads and managers. Amazing group of people to work with, and of course, cool culture! As observed, teams are are not just delivering code, executing test cases, and presenting status reports, but they help enhance services, products, and processes. Sounds tiring but the company provide flexibility with schedule, that enables the employee to be more productive on their daily tasks. Cool, right?
    The challengesThe company recently started, and as a startup, we have to expect that processes are continuously improving. Fast-paced industry is not for the faint heart. But if you're up for challenges, this is the right organization for you.

    This is the place to be.
    The good thingsI love how they manage their Employees. They show care to each and every one of us. There are a lots of perks. Free fruits on mondays and free meal on thursday. Salary is from average to high. A great place for professionals with mid or high level experience. We are free to work at our own pace as long as we accomplish each task. I would definitely recommend this to my friend.
    The challengesSo far, the only challenge I see is we work on different time zones so sometimes, it's difficult to communicate.

    The challengesSince it is a start up, it's understandable to have a few challenges in processes and/or procedures but we are getting there. The company has improved throughout the past few past months which make it more exciting for next years to come.
