Feeling guided, aligned and seen, working in the dev teamThe good thingsI like the open culture, wherein I see many ways to communicate feedback. In our development team, I like that we still do the hybrid work setup, most of the time we are working from home. The goals are clear, and we get to see not just our team goals but also the business unit we are working for and the company as a whole. Our IT head, who is based in the US, is easy to reach out to and helps you get things done or move forward. We are not micromanaged, and I feel independent and like a team player at the same time.
The challengesI think we need more engaging and productive events that allows us to interact with other departments.
