Good start for any individual seeking for work experience.
The good thingsVery good management style. You can talk to your bosses whenever you need them--they are approachable and friendly. The culture of the company is really good, just like a family; less intimidation. The employees get a work-life balance. The company discourages working overtime (only when really needed). The basic salary is average, although the other benefits are extravagant. Free meals, snacks, bonuses, etc.
The challengesIt's difficult to advance your career because the company is still growing and expanding, hence, no urgency just yet for professionals to occupy the supervisory level and up. It will take 4-5 years for an employee to be promoted to the next level. Remote chances of making it to the management level.
