    Stressful working environment
The good thingsMy immediate supervisor and one of the owners that time is nice to talk to and gives guidance. I got exposed in corporate jungle yet learned many things both for career and personal.
The challengesDuring my time, there were a lot of employees who were power tripping, you cannot receive a welcoming treatment even if you ask for what you need in a nice way. The culture is toxic and they gossip a lot. It was not a happy place to work to especially for fresh grads because of the employees and some of the big bosses. The work load was also too much, they lack manpower.

Just a job.Not for long term career
The good thingsThey are not strict in attendance whether you are late or not it doesn't matter. Colleagues are nice.
The challengesYou need to exposed yourself to the management to be noticed (for promotion and appraisal). Unfortunate for those who have no direct interaction with top management. There are no career development plans. No sense of unified direction as organization. No annual salary increase.(unless you resigned thats the time they will increase your salary). Benefits are given to a few individuals only. For short term career only, not for long term. Management is not that good.

Not for building a long term career
The good thingsThis is a god start for fresh graduates to actually what they would want and would not want to experience within a company. This company could serve as an eye opener and open door to look into bigger opportunities.
The challengesThe main challenge would be dealing with your bosses aside from your direct superiors. This is not for the sensitive ones, since work would really overlap and sometimes you'll feel underappreciated. There are also unnecessary shoutings most of times. Numerous workload may eventually lead you to burnout if you are not really ready for big challenges.
