    Favoritism, Burnout, Dysfunction.
The good thingsWhile salaries may be competitive for higher-level positions, they are notably lower for other roles. In my case, even though I am working at a regional level with significant responsibilities, the compensation offered is far below expectations, making it difficult to feel fully valued for the scope of my work.
The challengesFavoritism: A culture of favoritism is prevalent, where those with close relationships to management receive undue advantages, leaving others feeling undervalued and overlooked. Workstation Design: The physical workspace lacks strategic planning, making it difficult to optimize productivity and comfort. Basic ergonomic and functional considerations seem to have been neglected. Excessive Workload: The workload is overwhelming, often requiring consistent overtime and weekend hours, with little to no recognition or compensation. This leads to burnout and a poor work-life balance. Ineffective Management: Management practices are subpar, with a lack of clear communication, poor leadership, and an inability to address critical issues, creating a frustrating and demoralizing work environment. Outdated Systems: The company relies on outdated technology like Qlik, which hinders efficiency and innovation. There is a dire need to upgrade tools and systems to keep pace with modern business requirements. Toxic Culture: Despite being operational for years, the organizational culture feels disorganized and chaotic, resembling a pre-opening phase rather than an established entity. This lack of structure undermines morale and progress.

I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Inhumane. :)
The good thingsAcceptable benefits and they offer average salary.
The challengesWorking hours so expect an overwhelming overtime until you drop. Toxic employees, especially the superiors. Too much politics. Manipulation and nepotism is normal. Thankfully, I left and found a greener pasture.

Overall, I was happy working with this company and interacting with my colleagues- EXCEPT with how concerns related to employee benefits was handled and seemed ignored in the last quarter of 2023. For me, compensation and benefits are supposed to be among the reasons why we work hard.
The good thingsI worked with nice people in the operations side of the company- my supervisors, managers and teammates. Though there was a high volume of tasks, we were not forced to render overtime; it was always our choice if we wanted to.
The challengesThe support side, especially those in charged with Compensation and Benefits were not accommodating and responsive enough to employees' concerns, it was an unpleasant experience in the last quarter of 2023.
