    I have been trained well in this institution. However, Chong Hua Hospital is just a stepping-stone. Finish your contract with the company, and go where your hard work, effort, and time is valued and well compensated.

    The challengesOverwhelming Workload = Underpaid Limited opportunities for non-nurses The institution doesn't employ enough staff, so you'll be expected to handle the work of three people.
