The institution provides opportunities for professional growth and leadership development, particularly for those who demonstrate capability. Multiple employees appreciate the compensation package, including good pay and benefits.

However, there are some areas for improvement, including concerns about administrative organisation and policy implementation. Overworked. Chismis and seniority culture
The good thingsStudents are respectful. Parents are supportive and cooperative
The challengesThe administrative is chaotic. They are unsure what policies to implement. Would give memos unjustly. The workload is too heavy you would always bring work home. They sometimes require Saturdays. Co-teachers engage in "chismis." They always play seniority and hierarchy. Will not listen to if you are new and will treat you like an outsider even though you have the same job title.

The given work load in this field is seasonal.
The good thingsMost of the people that I worked with in this school is respectful, accomodating and helping each other.
The challengesBeing an office staff in this school, it depends of the given work task and it's seasonal. From my experience it's busy in the start of the school year and in examination period..

    I loved working here
The good thingsThe school offers opportunities to those whom they think will do great!
The challengesSometimes, modern teaching and traditional teaching practices clash. Some may agree and some may disagree, but what's important is at the end of the day, we are all teachers.
